HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-d0014

HP says that I don't have a warranty in effect. However, I have a receipt for a HP one year post warranty plan that I bought on 01/24/ 2022. Is that warranty not still in effect? If so, how do I contact a customer representative on the phone? I have tried the option given of sending a picture of the receipt and I have not gotten a response to that

I understand that you want to update the printer warranty, I am glad to assist you.

You will have to raise a dispute for the warranty.
