I am and have been trying to buy a printer that prints on 36 inch rolled canvas and have wasted a good 12-15 hours on this website that I feel sucks, I have chatted with 6 or 7 members of the team who none have been able to help me wasting my god **bleep** time. I have called 9 or 10 times, gotten hung up on 4 times and never did anyone know enough information to make me feel comfortable to buy a **bleep** printer that I need. So I am not happy happy with the service and information avalible with HP. I am looking to buy a printer that is 2-5 thousand dollars and why is it noone at this company **bleep**ing cares? I'm glad they feel there are the only choice because yesterday I found a printer that meets my needs. But I have a home hp and live the print but think the instaink part of the deal is complete horse **bleep** and a waste of time and money. But I went this morning again and tryird the chat and the guy was a complete special Olympic bench warmer and the best he could do is give me the link to a specialist and not tell me the name of a printer that could print on canvas. So I called and got hung up on so i called back and had the privilege of talking to

and OMG this woman needs a god **bleep** promotion and raise, after a **bleep**ing month of dealing with nothing but **bleep** she actually was able to answer 90% of my questions and what she couldnt answer said she was writing someone/department that could give me those answers. I dont know what is up with the customer relations or training here at HP but you guys seriously need to look at THIS PERSON and learn from her. She absolutely gave me faith to give this company another shot, u just hope the next person I deal with doesnt **bleep** it up like the last 20+ people have. And I'm dead serious I wish I could buy my printer from her and not deal with anyone else she was and is the **bleep** good at her job and you need to recognize that, I know I and 80% of consumers only write when things go horribly wrong and do nothing but complain but I had to write and tell you what a little bad ass this girl was with me one the phone! So here my question why is this website so god **bleep** hard to find customer service? To call email or message not for a product but to give a compliment or criticism
