Spectre 360 13.3"

Hi all,

 

It's impossible to get through by phone, and apparently no way to reach out by e-mail.  I bought a Spectre 13.3" computer in 2018 and bought a 3 year Care Pack because of the rebate provisions.  I have the rebate form which I downloaded, but never received a receipt for the Care Pack.  Who do I reach out to and how?  The PC was not cheap and neither was the Care Pack!

@HowardinBaltimo I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can simply click here.

I never got the care pack support for which I paid. Now I'm trying to get a refund.
