direct after ordering the delivery date changed to august 19.
so I mailed, I asked for an update on the website, I called and got someone who's voices volume was so low, that I couldn't understand anything. I asked on HP NL Facebook and got the answer that HP NL only provides tech support on facebook. I called again. this time the line was clear. the girl on the phone promised to contact me. guess what.... she didn't
I got a answer on the request I made on the website. "Dear, " not "Dear customer", not "Dear Peer", not "Dear mr van Tienen". No Dear comma. blablabla we will contact you as soon as we know more. after 3 days still no answer.
What the beep is wrong in the dutch support team?
At this moment the shipping date in august 27, I paid 1050 EURO and no laptop and no support from HP support.
I guess that there are problem in the supply chain, but I can't think of any good excuse for such terrible support.
