What terms/agreement govern out-of-warranty repairs?

HP Recommended

If there is an out-of-warranty repair taking place, I believe it is not governed by the HP Warranty Terms. What terms or agreement can I consult for matters regarding out-of-warranty repairs? Would it just be the HP Customer Terms?

The only out-of-warranty service terms I could find were specifically for printers.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
