Omen 30L desktop

I ordered this pc oct 19th and was charged the same day. Shipping was supposed to be nov12th and I had to call customer service to even get a status.  They were of course clueless and no idea what the status was.  I was assured it was going to ship…foolish me I believed her.  A day later the order was revised to shipping of nov. 25th…..guess what, order has not changed as of today nov 30th.   HP should be sued for charging the customer right away for this type of crappy practice.

They are the worst. I should’ve never ordered from this company.  After this post, my order miraculously updated to shipping of 12/24.  HP definitely needs to be sued for this practice.  How can you advertise these dates and charge the customer a couple of thousand dollars without any notification of an order update.  Better Business Beurea needs to review this crappy company.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

I’d gladly provide a product number if you guys actually shipped the product when it was supposed to be shipped over a month ago 🤦🏻‍♂️

Wow, I am so sorry that this is the kind of "support" that HP is offering, really disappointing...
For what it's worth you are not alone, that exchange pretty accurately sums up my HP support experiences thus far!

Unfortunately there is no dislike button for unhelpful content 👎

And still nothing but “we will see what’s going on”.  This is beyond ridiculous.

Same experience, but HP moderators deleted all of my previous posts asking for help - then Locked my last post, click here to see the strange encounter with the mod (who isn't affiliated with...

I have DM'd the "employee" of HP @Mario_L  all of my info and waited days and he hasn't even answered my multiple messages asking for my money back. This is borderline theft.

Worst experience shopping with HP in my life, it has been 48 days since HP took thousands from my account and they are telling me the product "may" arrive within 90 days.... meanwhile their website assures delivery of the same product to new customers by the end of the month.

Will an HP employee PLEASE acknowledge this issue and provide a resolution and not simply lies about escalation that never happen?

I ordered a Laptop as a Christmas gift and was told it would be here on December 14. It was changed to December 21. Now it is changed to December 27. I checked the location and it is still in Shanghai China. It is never going to be here on the 27. HP has ruined our Christmas. I order it trough there web site so I would make sure it arrived on time. There is no excuse for this. I can just here them now blaming it on covid 19. If I wanted a laptop next year I would of waited till next year to order it.
