Where is my Computer???

Spectre

My new Spectre 360 15t was supposed to ship on April 29th.  The timeline in the order status section has not changed. I called sales b/c customer service is not available~ they said to wait 48 hours for an email.  That was last week and I have not received any emails.  It’s been over 30 days and I’ve had no communication from HP beyond the confirmation of the order.  I get that delays happen but...where is my order?!  Communicate please!  Will it be another month, two months??

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
