A search suggested a new HP printer. I decided to buy and tried to find a place to buy.
I have now worked the HP homepage for 1 1/2 hour and still this stupid Home-page is unable to tell where to find a place to buy. Spend less money on making a good looking page and more money to support your customers needs.¨
It is easy to get the feeling that HP "who has the most good looking homepage" is an internal competition and unfortunately the customer and shareholders will have to live this internal playground. The very easiest test of the site would have delivered you the result I'm reporting. And no phonenumbers! What is your aim - to live without customer contact? The result is a given - the result is no customers and you may sit in your nice Ivory tower for as long as the money will last you. Then you will adopt a more customer oriented attitude. Welcome!!
Make it simple, quit all the too many questions - they are only to please you - not the customer who pays.
First target is to: Support your customer, only if the customer is happy you will be sincerely happy.
