I need to inform the HP about the issues that occurred during the more than one month repair period of my new HP laptop before i go public. I can not rely to the Greek department because the don’t know how to treat customers and they thing that my objections are just opinions. So before my opinions are posted to all computer magazines of Greece and the consumers foundations are informed i would like to inform the global HP about my situation.
