Dear HP

 

I cannot choose a board for this subject, as it seems that it has no importance to your grear work.

 

Please could someone confirm who is helping me.

Is it the UK, where I am from or the USA

 

I have this very same problem with "Samsung", creating 2 separate unnecessary accounts.

 

Please could someone let me know or direct me to who can help.

Hi @JTValerie, our communities are based on language and not region, so this English language community would cover someone whether he or she lived in the U.S. or the U.K., or anywhere in the world for that matter, so long as it's posted in English 🙂

 

For anyone else reading this, if you want to visit our other language communities, you can select the language from the drop down menu from the bottom right of the page.

I am an HP employee, supporting the HP Experts who volunteer their time and technical knowledge to help others.
