HP Pavilion Laptop - 15t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion Laptop - 15t  Order [edit] was declined. Called sales support and they werent of much help and just asked me to buy hp latop in a store. His name was Oscar. So rude. Why does hp hire rude people? 

 

I need the order placed. This is the second time I placed the order and got declined. Hp needs to contact me before declining the order.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
