I dropped my Instant Ink plan and bought new ink cartridges, but HP is still charging me for the pages I print.  I was supposed to get two free months, but HP is still charging me.  Why is this?  All I get from HP is notices that I owe them money, or that I must pay, and that I must praise them for their service, or rope my friends into this same bad deal.  I ditched your Instant link scam...just leave me alone.  Please.

@David9999 I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

Please look for a private message requesting additional information.

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

No more help needed. I found an actual HP person who could resolve my issue.  I didn't;t even need to tell them anything about me or my product; had it all available online.  Just like product support is supposed to be.  As opposed to this place.

Bye.

@David9999 The reason we needed your information is so that we can route your concern to the higher ups, although, I'm glad you've got it sorted,

If you need anything else, feel free to get back to us, have a good day.
