Why does HP make it impossible to cancel & return an order?

 

right after I placed an order I called (and waited over 2 hours someone to answer the phone) to cancel an order as I did another order with better specs, I was told that it will be cancelled, but it was not and it shipped. I'm trying to reach the return dept, waited over 3 hours and no one answers the phone, if I get thru to sales they tell me it has to be handled by a supervisor, but transfer me to another sales agent....

Basically they make fun if anyone attempts to return something

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
