Why does it say my warranty has expired? I received it Sept 2020, it was supposed to have 2 year wa

How can the warranty in this Pavilion 360 have expired a month before I bought it?

Hi:

 

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant, so the longer the PC sits in a retailer's warehouse, the less time remains on the warranty.

 

You can have HP correct the warranty start and end dates by one of two ways.

 

1. Submit an online warranty dispute form.
