Hi there

I had an account that was working fine, I created posts, earned some badges etc. Today I went to reply to my own post "Envy Phoenix 850-009na CPU fan does not spin down after power-on self-test unless BIOS entered" to let people know that an update had fixed it, but the account was locked. I get "Access Denied - HP Support Forum

You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."

What's going on?

I did get an email recently about someone being naughty and sending me spam through my account - could it be related to that?

cheers, John

Hey @jwintermute

Your other account was not banned, and the error message you received is normally caused by the browser. If you reboot your PC, or clear the cache in your browswer you should be fine and you should be able to log in with your other account.
