I ordered OMEN 30L Desktop on December 1, 2020. It is December 14, 2020 now. I sent an email to customer service about it a couple of days ago and I havent gotten a response back. Its frustrating that I dont know whats going on about something I paid lots of money for. By now my order shouldve have been shipped but theres no update on my order.
