Brand new photo frame.
Can't get past the second step: connecting to our wifi. We've tried a dozen times and we ARE entering the correct password.
So far on the forums, HP support has simply linked the user manual. That's no help at all. WE HAVE THE USER MANUAL.
How do we get it to realize our password is correct?
We will return the item if the only answer is the repetitive "user manual" link.
