HP Recommended

 

Notebook is 2 1/2 years old and tech support called it very, very old. I do not plan on buying a new laptop every year. Anyways I got a black screen and they  wont even help me figure out what it is or give me any suggestions. I have seen that many others have had this problem as well.  I will not be buying another HP, I am now using my 03 dell since this piece of crap HP took a dump on me!
