Laptop- 15S-duO12OTU

Dear Team

I am facing problem of slow performance since the day I bought this Laptop. I am not able to open even google chrome. I takes more than 30 mins to boot. MS team cant run . 

Last year I bought this machine and they changed the Hard drive this feb but problem persist . No once can use this because it is too slow .

 

Now it is almost 1.5 year but there is no resolution . They wanted me to register new case so i did its number is [Personal Information Removed].

But their conspiracy is that now they want money for warranty even though they have not provided me any resolution for the problem I am facing .

 

They need only money but no solution to customer .

Please my kids classes has already started and needs to repaired on urgent basis. If company can replace it with some amount I can pay. But please do whatever is required.
