There is no response from HP. How they are pushing the bad quality products to INDIA.

Dear Mr. Shekar,
Pl refer our today's telephonic interaction. As per your guidance I had called (Mr. Sanjay Kumar-HP. Pune) for my laptop issue. Sorry to say but the approach & the reaction which was expressed by Mr. Sanjay Kumar was really shocking & terrible. He was not ready to listen at all. I am totally upset by the approachof your HP team.
I have invested RS-71,000 including warranty care pack. As I have told, from the date of purchase to till date so many parts are replaced. Like,
1. Mother board-4 times, 2. Display-2 times, 3. Speaker set-1 time 4. Battery-1 time (Replaced battery also showing dead status not giving more than 5 minutes back up, status as on date), 5. Hinges-1 time to address the laptop flap closing issue. 6. Remote control-1 time. 7. Keyboard-1 time.
I have lost total confidence towards your product. Pl look in to this matter from 26.09.09 my laptop is at HP service centre Nashik. Every time I am helpless doesn't have any alternative to fulfill my work. Who is responsible for my lost time?
Every time laptop is at service centre rather than my home.
Pl give me replacement with new laptop OR give me my money back.
