Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have tried to contact a human to help fix a wrong Warranty date in the system. I have a computer that has a bad board and the warranty should be up next month...not the Aug. date in the system.

 

Any ideas how to get a human at HP to help?

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).

I am now 6 days later from the "HELPFUL" HP employee. @Riddle_Decipher offered to help and I am still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Hope all of you do not have such crappy service from a system we are forced to use with the excuse of "COVID" service restrictions.
