Wrong delivery

Hey!! I ordered an HP Spectre 13-af002na and I received a 15-CR0007NA that costs 1/3 of the value of the one I ordered. Furthermore, I'm a university student and my laptop is basically my life, I need a fast solution but when I called HP they told me the only solution is via email and I've been waiting for them to reply sinvc yesterday. This is greatly affecting my coursework, seminars, etc. And it also means I'll have to miss work for another day to wait for my laptop when they deliver it. 

Does any have any suggestion on what I can do to solve this as quickly as possible? I don't want a refund, I want what I ordered and that they confirmed with the dispatch email.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
