Please note that we had purchase one HP Computer with free gift of printer as on 12.12.2008 & was told that HP will be sending a free gift of printer, but till date we have not receive the same .

We have tried to contact HP  company many times on telephone but we are not getting any reply from the company.

 

Product no is :- FK802AA#ACJ  & Serial No is INA83807GR.

 

Please look into the mater on priority & send us the printer.
