HP Recommended

Hello. I was trying to add a phone number on my account, but each time the field to type in OTP dissapears. Now, I cannot do it anymore, and it says "Too many changes". What can I do in order to add a phone number?

I am trying to create a case for my faulty hp omen laptop, but I cannot log in through Google as it only asks for e-mail or phone number... ugh
