bad customer service...

HP Recommended

I never expected this kind of customer service from hp. I always buy their products because I believe that they have good customer services and they value their customers. I have lost all the hope that I have for hp. After my system crashed, I called hp...they told me that I still have warranty and for me to ship it back. Hp shipped the box to the wrong address even after they have confirmed the shipping address with me. After waiting for a week I called them back. They say that  they will reship a new box to me. It arrived quickly and I was pretty please with that, but there was no shipping label. So I called them back and they said that they will ship me a new label.  Week after week they say the same thing each time I call them. It has been three weeks now just waiting for a shipping label. This is rediculous because it should not take this long for a label to arrive. Oh, and I asked hp if my warranty expires and still no shipping label (since it is not my fault that my computer is still sitting in my living room) will they still fix my computer? They said that I have to pay for the extended warranty for them to fix it. Well it sounds like they just want more money and they don't want to fix the problem. It has been a month now since I have contacted hp and still my computer has not left my house yet.
