I'm sure this is the wrong place to post this, but there doesn't seem to be a board for the entire support system. I am now in your system twice, once under my old e-mail, once under my current e-mail. I was paying for an e-mail only account at Verizon for several years after I moved to Florida. Then they bumped up the price about $15 and I decided to finally bite the bullet and move to Comcast's servers. I tried to contact everybody before pulling the plug at Verizon but I seem to have missed you. Is it possible to merge the old account into the new one? The old e-mail no longer works. Given this, is it even possible to delete the old account?
