cant start intelligent provisioning on ML 310e gen 8 v2

 i just bougt HP ML 310e gen 8 v2, when i press F10 to get into intelligent provisioning, it boots and hands up with a white screen with waiting for 172.0.0.1 and transfering data message and the intelligent provisionging does not load for me to partition or do anything alse, please can somebody help me out. i have downloaded intelligent provisoning update software, yet still the same problem.

 

please help me out.
