Ken,

Are you using Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 ?

Email support through the app is likely limited to a few programs that have written code for Windows 8 Applications.

If your choice is not supported directly from the app, you can use your browser to connect to your email and then bookmark the location.  Bookmark the location prior to logging into the account, add the bookmark to the browser's Toolbar for instant access, and then set the browser to open at your email login page.

Are you using a Windows device, or something different like an Android Tablet???

We deal with a lot of different devices and Operating Systems here - we need to know which one you have to help you!
