I bought notebook pavillion on sept 10 in Indonesia with [Personal Information Removed], when this notebook has problem I send to HP service center on jun 6, 2011 but they said this product out of warrantly ( I provided warrantly letter and receipt/invoice) and they need to propose new warrantly around 2 weeks but they can not give guarantee time when they can finish this process.
I very disapointed with hp service in this case, please help, thanks
