In reguards to the problems i am having (4th times a charm),to start with purchased my puter new apox 5 months ago the left speaker stoped working so set it up to get fixed ,sent it to service dept,so this is where it gets good!!! Rec puter back and guess what damaged, lcd screen broke ,the outer case big scatch (looks like pry marks from flat head screwdriver),lower housing next to touch pad dent (hammer mark and sratches)cant understand this,sent this to them in brand new condition get back in junkyard condition,They told me to send back, Box came next day air and they would expidite work,filled out report sheet,one week later rec puter,again guess what,still broken ,lcd fixed but dent and scratches still there,called them oh she said ,after susan stated that she would handle everything(yea right)so here we go again ,have to send back ,BTW THIS IS GOING TO BE THE 4TH TRIP.NO SATISFACTION..VERY UNHAPPY.

This seems to be a common problem for HP, and i think the HP forum should have a dedicated section for complaints so first time buyers can see what they are getting themselves into when buying a HP product.  After the issues i have been facing over the past 2 weeks i have decided after 15 years of supporting HP products not to buy or resell any HP products to my clients ever again. So lets give Dell or Acer a go, anything has to be better than HP.
