I cannot begin to tell you how frustrated and unhappy I am with customer service. After a minimun of 3 hours on the phone over a period of several days I still did not receive the help I needed. I was cut off several times while waiting to be transferred; transferred numerous times. You need to have one customer service dept that can handle calls. One department does not know what the other departments are doing. I finally started screaming and hung up. I never plan to purshas another HP product as long as I live. An apology would be nice.
