I have a problem downloading (specifically a flash player) or elimanating programs. I went to customer support (obviously NOT) in the US. Could barely understand the technician. It did become apparent, however, that there would be no help without money changing hands. Thanks a lot, HP. Next time I will buy something else. But you are not alone. I was also unable to solict free help from Windows, Google, Adobe, or anyone else. So much for customer service.
