In this thread http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Wireless-Internet-Home/Unable-to-Send-or-Receive-files-through-Bluetoot... I attached a screenshot of the registry claner results from a scan of my system.
This was attached to show that a registry scan, and subsequent deletion of files could cause the bluetooth issue others, like me have experieced.
Why has this been removed? all I see now is a square with a triangle...
