 getting this message when loading home page( dns server can,t be found), then about 20 seconds later it will connect and load. was getting this message on my h.p. computer ,but now getting it on other gateway computer. could this be a isp problem. i have flushed the dns, reset the winsock and ip reset.

Yes, it could be either a router issue or ISP issue.

 

Easiest task would be rebooting your router.
