error message when trying to log in to account

There has been a mistake:
Your account is already registered in a different country, you cannot access the store in a different country. Please visit your country login page or contact us if you want to migrate your account to a new country.
Log out and start again here

There is no other account.

anyone experience such a problem when trying to access you account?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
