My waranty is about to expire, and I have the popup offering me an extended waranty with an HP service pack for $63.99.  This service pack is out of stock.  So I call the 866 number, and the service rep (who doesn't speak english well plus I am an old man who is hard of hearing) that after trying to explain to her that I want to extend my waranty for 63.99, sticks me with a service contract for $14.99 a month.   I am very upset about this and trying to get it resolved.  I would like to add that if it was explained to me in a way that I could have understood, I would have rejected the offer.  I just wanted to extend the waranty.  If I could not do that, the rep should have told me.  However, we go back to the point that she could not speak the english language in a way that I could understand.

Well, HP was supposed to call between 10am and noon, but they didn't call until after 5pm.  We weren't in.  Now we are still waiting for another promised call from Tereese? or whoever.  I called the support number again and got the same feedback again, telling me they will get back to me in the next few days.  I am still waiting.  They didn't have to pass me off when they took my money for a service that I did not want.
