I get repsonses but nothing happens, Just empty promises - even though in those responses they have admitted that they suspect someone in their service department has stolen my laptop. Then they promise to help and nothing. Two weeks of this, I am starting to be unable to pay my bills because I need my personal laptop for 2 of the three jobs I have to help support myself and my family. Good luck to you all, but don't hold your breath on getting resolutions. I am going to take my message to the web starting tomorrow if I dont' get a real resolution today, I don't think they have given me any other choice.
