omen 15 gaming laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP received my laptop on the 26th of October, I have checked the status and it says there is a component shortage, I have not received feedback in the last 10 days since that note, just wondering how often the repair team gives you feedback, in addition to the fact that when I got it repaired it said it will be repaired within 6-10 working days and this not the case. wondering if anyone can help?
