Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Having great difficulty in canceling my smartfriend subscription . Held it for one year. No call get answered and are constantly given other phone number to call

 

  no address can be found to submit a letter to cancel subscription  Very frustrated

 

Hope this issue does not spoil a good relations with HP

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Hi....

Today tried calling again .... and got through and completed the task.    It was VERY pleasant experience

I can not get a straight answer from this HPsmart friend company. I have been continuously rerouted and promised call backs, no luck and no call. I ask who I can email or a website I can cancle my subscription on. They say that is not an option. Appearently this is a common problem

Thank you for the reply. I am supppossed to be waiting on a call from case escalation manager, in 48 to 72 hours. Why the wait. I want to cancel. I have never heard of this. I f I want to cancel  I should be able to go on line and do it. It seems like some real shady stuff going here. I just have a bad feeling about this.
