Bought a HP Pavilion 23cw to replace HP 1702

My PC is a clone using

P5KPL-AM Motherboard

- Intel® Core™2 Quad Ready
- Intel® 45nm CPU Ready
- FSB 1600(O.C.)/1333/1066/800 MHz
- Intel® G31/ICH7
- Dual channel DDR2 1066(O.C.)/800/667
- EZ Flash2 & CrashFree BIOS3
- 8 Channel High Definition Audio

I have asked PC Personnel if this HP Pavilion 23 cw would be suitable

& they responded , Yes.

After buying, I found  the monitor screen not sharp & clear.

The pixel is very greyish.

HP personnel not very honest or lack of product knowledge.

They should recommend a suitable HP model.

Have already informed HP Supoort to sort the matter.

My clone PC support  the resolution  until 1958 x 1080

which this model has.

What is your advise.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

You are asking a question in the section of the Forum devoted to discussing the Forum itself.

Your question has nothing to do with the Forum itself.

I would suggest you reconsider a better location for your post.

Thanks WyreNut for your response. Have posted to Other HP Support. No Response So I try here.

Its OK. I am waiting for the HP Personnel to fix the issue. Thought can share here on HP matters.

Same issue with another user but no response from this forum.

HP Engineer came to my home & fixed the problem.

It was due to setting .

Kudos to the HP Engineer, Chee Fong.
