hp staff are not user friendly

i had a problem with my printer ,the HP rep was not very helpful, his name was paul k, he was rude and in a hurry to finish. he did not help one bit to fix my problem. its worse now.  my problem is the printer..it was not working properly..so i went to download a hp download...so i cancelled the download. the problem is the download pop up to continue the download every time i start-up...the HP rep failed to explain or fix the problem..he just gave me download sites and how to un-install a HP product.. HP stinks...
