after installing windows 10  part of my keys is not working correctly .I can not get letters u,I,O,p,J,K,l,M to work. instead of letters I am typing numbers. please help

Hello emir1:

            Welcome to HP's forum. You are very lucky I came here to night to post a question here for the HP Administrator. 

Before any can you help I need your computers information from you first. We need to know what your computer is and what windows were on it before you upgraded to Windows 10.  

        As rule here on this forum you need to post your computers information . Please follow my example mine are :

 

HP Touchsmart 600-1050 Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and HP Pavilion  DV7t-7000cto Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

 

        Second of all you posted this in wrong  section area of the forum, Don't worry HP moderator  will move us to the right section.  There are certain directions you must do before upgrading your computer to windows 10 and after upgrading windows 10. Pluss you needed to see if your computer could be upgrade before upgrading to windows 10.  If wasn't upgradeable . There are certain directions to take to down load it back to original operating windows. 

  

           In your case your windows upgrade failed. Otherwise your keyboard would have worked if you had followed HP's Windows 10 instructions given on your computers HP website page. So please repost computer's information like my example. frrw I will try to find you when moderator moves us from this section.
