Solved!

laptop battery issue

HP Recommended
hp pavilion X360 convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am writing this review regarding my Laptop which is under warranty.

It's not even been a year since I've purchased this laptop and I'm facing a problem with the battery.

I approached to a service center and was told that the battery is not replaceable under warranty. However, it seems  like the product purchased was a faulty one as it has shown issues in the battery  within one year of its usage .

if there is anything that can be done , Kindly let me know. Your support will be really appreciated.

Thank You.

Hello @Mehak_Gupta

The battery is absolutely covered under warranty just like any of the other hardware (1 year).

You have to contact HP Support through this link... first and create a warranty issue so you can talk to an actual HP representative.

They will instruct you on where to take your laptop for service.

Hi,

I am extremely dissapointed in your virtual agent who cannot provide a simple means of connecting me to a human agent!

I would like to know the number of customer service to lodge a complaint about HP and secondly to query a product recall.

I cannot believe that is not a single number on your website to talk to an actual person when there are serious life threatening issues that need to be discussed.

Please reply to me immediateley!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.
