I am a student. Due to this problem, my plan has been delayed for 4-5 days. If my issue is not resolved, I will look for other alternatives in the market and recommend all my friends not to purchase HP laptops because their service is the worst.
Timelines of the events:-
Purchase date: 23 July 2024.
Duration of usage: 5 months
Issue: Loud Noise from the laptop. Due to delays from service providers, my laptop is turning off automatically and randomly.
Steps taken: I have been speaking to customer service for 2 weeks, but they keep delaying the process. I have also attached the video of my Laptop making noise.
Impact of this problem: This issue has delayed my progress by 4-5 days. I can't carry this laptop anywhere as it makes so much noise.
