i have accidently forward to another page and then return back

how can i get those text back in

i tried refreshing and ctrl z

all that typo I put in is erased

and end up reputting all the texts again

especially the long notes

 

Please provide Kudos to whom has provided answers or
good points or advice..
Aslo if the questions or issues solved please check it

If you're trying to edit something you typed in a post, look for the "Options" button in the top right corner of your post.Should have 'Edit' there.
