Product: hp omen 17-253dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

bought a hp omen 17-w253dx laptop. specs are the 1050ti, i7-7700hq, 16gb. motherboard is defective, and a astronomically ridiculous price to replace so im was wondering if theres a compatible motherboard thats cheaper and can be swapped such as the w series with the 965 4gb. my motherboard model is the DAG37DMBAD0 rev.D ive seen 1 or 2 other boards that are cheaper with the same exact layout of the actual motherboard and the model number with almost the same part number except it has a 'A' instead of a 'D' after the DAG37 of the model number which is the board with the 965 4gb and the 6600q cpu. just curious if anyone would have knowledge on this. if not ill just part it out i guess.
