i bought a hp laptop for $800.00. the motherboard went out after 15 months and i was told i had to buy another laptop.i contacted hp and told them of this.i contacted hp and asked if they stood behind their product and what was my motivation for buying another hp. the answer they sent in no way answered my question!!! i think a laptop should last longer than 15 months!!! since they are not concerned with future business from me, i will NEVER buy another hp and will encourage my long list of friends and aquaintances to not do business with a company that does not stand by its products!!!! i encourage everyone who reads this to do the same.if not, you get what you deserve!!!!!
