Ordered a laptop on nov the 16th, next day delivery the site told me. A day later I checked my account on my phone and the delivery date was places on 28th of january 2019. I tried multiple times the number given in my account, but it keeped unaswered. after lookin on social media I finally got a reaction for a another number. Ive called now 5 times and till now the online thing I heared was to place a new order and wait for a refund. This refund should be done from 48 hours!. not possible to sent te promised deal, but let the customer solve the problem. communication was only possible by email, I explained that my email was not accessable due wednesday. so they noticed a new emailadress, stil waiting since yesterday. again they didn't read the notes and so the sent it to the other emailadress.
