Have created several support cases with the same registered email. I am no longer able to look at the updates and or closing remarks. I have a case open that a tech went on site to install a part. We thought everything was working, but that is no longer the case. The issue is still happening. I cannot reach out to anyone to update the ticket to say it's still an issue.

How do I access MY OWN tickets?

And please do not say "I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details)."   That is not an acceptable answer when there's an issue on HP's side.

Thanks.

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
