THIS IS NOT A VERY USER FRIENDLY SITE. I POSTED A PROBLEM WITH MY PRINTER, ONLY TO BE TOLD I POSTED ON THE WRONG PLACE.  NOW I HAVE SPENT 20 MINUTES LOOKING FOR THE CORRECT SITE, BUT WHERE IN THE WORLD IS IT?  I THINK WHOEVER COMPOSED THIS SITE SURELY IS THE SAME PERSON WHO DECIDED WE NEED TO CALL INDIA TO GET SUPPORT, BUT NEGELECTED TO TRAIN THE INDIA TECHS TO LEARN THE BASICS OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

If you clicked on the post that says "Moved" and the title of your post there is a link inside that will take you directly to it. There's also the name of the forum it's been moved to.

If you are still having trouble finding your posts you can always click on your username, it will give you a listing of all the posts you have made that you can click on. Also, you may want to take your caps lock off - most people consider that shouting on the internet.

I agree with all your comments: unfriendly web site, I've been trying for 45 minutes to figure our how to get registered. I was on the phone for 1 3/4 hours last night with India and didn't get a resolution on a TOTALLY HP SUPPORT error (they sent my laptop back from Support with a 32bit instead of my 64bit O/S.... but they can't resolve that.  Completely unacceptable "support"
